Job Summary
GoGo has seen significant growth across new channels, services, and audiences. We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Specialist to help manage and optimize our paid acquisition efforts. You’ll be an instrumental player to drive growth by owning campaign execution, analysis, and scaling across channels and services.
This is a fully remote position located in the United States
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize and scale large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube) and other relevant platforms
- Create and maintain a clear campaign roadmap, prioritizing optimization and growth opportunities across channels and services
- Partner with an external agency for campaign execution, reporting, and experimentation while maintaining spend to goals
- Analyze campaign performance using available tools and data, drawing actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimizing funnel steps including calls, leads, and registrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on data analytics preferred
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2C paid search and performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Understanding or experience with subscription business model
- Experience messaging and marketing to seniors or family of seniors
- General SQL knowledge
- Experience with Tableau
